Conducts customer communication throughout the mortgage journey, including retention and product transfers. Requires CeMAP qualification, customer-facing experience, mortgage knowledge and excellent communication skills. Builds expertise across UK and Channel Island lending, helping customers navigate financial decisions and developing a mortgage sales and advisory career.
