Wind: assumes that anything less than F2 is OK, and anything greater than F5 is bad. Otherwise it takes in to account bay aspect to determine if it's sheltered. Also assumes there is a point where a bay will stop being sheltered.

Bay min / max tides are highly subjective, but the idea is that some bays can only really be swum at specific tides (e.g rocky bays aren't nice at really low tide.)

Green generally means OK to swim; Red means avoid swimming (due to tide or wind) and orange/amber means good but the wind might be a factor.
