Associate Director - Captive Insurance

Lead a team in delivering high-quality client services, managing budgets, and implementing operational plans to drive business growth. Oversee the integration of new companies into the business, designing structures, reviewing contracts, and developing procedures in line with internal policies and Guernsey law. Requires a fully qualified insurance practitioner (ACII) with management experience, strong technical knowledge of insurance, accounting, and company law.
