You will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of trust services, ensuring excellent client service and the smooth day to day running of operations. This includes supporting and guiding the team, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall performance and success of the function. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in trust or fiduciary services, strong leadership and organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A relevant professional qualification, or progress towards one, is preferred, along with a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

This role includes being involved at the point of client take on in relation to client due diligence matters and regulatory applications as well as continued involvement in monitoring CDD and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will assist clients with questions and queries in a timely and efficient manner. As well as, conducting regulated business tasks for new and existing clients/investors: preparing documentation for new business acceptance committee meetings and drafting minutes, due diligence new client take-on, new investor application reviews, risk assessments, director appointments/resignations, due diligence requests involving emails, correspondence, research, online platforms and document recording. The role holder will be someone who has worked in a trust and company administration environment for several years and who has good technical, practical administration and client relationship skills. The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to be self-directed in the administration of their client portfolio, requiring limited assistance from the Assistant Manager/Manager and be able to develop and train more junior members of the team.
