Description of role and key responsibilities An analyst would be expected to take a supporting role focused supporting the origination and execution of transactions for the desk's managed equity and debt funds as well as for the bank's own balance sheet. This would range from financial and cashflow analysis, asset maintenance forecast modelling, together with drafting of sales material and credit papers. Responsibilities include: Creating and operating financial and asset maintenance forecast models Financial statement and valuations analysis Drafting presentations and sales materials for internal and external use Preparation of other transaction documentation Market / Airline/ aircraft specific research and analysis Development of pitch materials Core skills and knowledge Key competencies required include: Strong financial modelling skillset especially the advanced use of MS Excel Understanding of core accounting and corporate finance concepts Excellent command of Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) and other relevant tools / databases Fluent in English and excellent oral and written communications skills Willingness to obtain foundation knowledge of Aviation asset market Strategic understanding of business and market drivers To act with integrity at all times and embrace the philosophy of treating our customers fairly Regulatory knowledge as applicable for the role Any other attributes that would be helpful, but not essential for the role. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in aviation, or a numerical, computer science or financial discipline.
