You will also communicate with clients and intermediaries both by telephone and in writing.
Strong problem-solving abilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work to deadlines, are essential for success in this role. In addition, the ideal candidate will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent, and will have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience, along with a willingness to study towards a professional qualification such as STEP.
