As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality banking experience for your client portfolio, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the bank’s products and services, and assessing client risk to ensure the timely and accurate completion of periodic risk reviews, as well as addressing any KYC/AML shortfalls.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a front-office client relationship role or equivalent, along with a Level 4 (or higher) RDR-compliant investment qualification. A proactive approach and a proven ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial client relationships are essential.
