Trust Manager

An independent, privately owned trust company is seeking a Trust Manager to lead a team and oversee a portfolio of international fiduciary clients. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines team management, client relationship oversight and operational responsibility. Key responsibilities ⭐ Lead and manage a team across trust and company administration ⭐ Oversee day-to-day administration of an allocated client portfolio ⭐ Ensure internal, regulatory and service standards are met ⭐ Monitor utilisation, billing and debtor management ⭐ Contribute to process improvements and internal best practice ⭐ Provide management information and attend leadership meetings ⭐ Resolve complex operational or client matters What you’ll need ⭐ Minimum 5 years’ trust and company administration experience ⭐ Strong technical knowledge of fiduciary structures and regulation ⭐ Relevant professional qualification (e.g. STEP/CGI) preferred ⭐ Proven client relationship and service delivery experience ⭐ Ability to lead, mentor and develop a team ⭐ Commercial awareness and ability to meet targets Why join? ⭐ Join an independent, relationship-led fiduciary business ⭐ Leadership responsibility with portfolio ownership ⭐ Exposure to complex international structures
