The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality people solutions while leading the team to achieve strong, measurable results. Key responsibilities include managing absence processes and overseeing a broad range of employee relations matters.
The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or higher), demonstrate proven experience in employee relations and case management, and possess a strong working knowledge of employment law and current regulations.
Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.
