This role involves supporting the administration of complex private equity structures and working closely with investment advisors, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth and accurate delivery of all fund-related activities. Responsibilities include maintaining investment and portfolio records, performing cash management and reconciliations, preparing client and investor reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in private equity or fund administration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A business or financial qualification, or a willingness to study toward one, is desirable.
