This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and growing team. You’ll work across a portfolio of private equity and real estate clients, taking the lead on complex matters while supporting and mentoring others. What you’ll do: ⭐ Lead administration and company secretarial duties for a portfolio of fund clients ⭐ Be the go-to contact for clients and external parties, building strong relationships ⭐ Review and authorise payments, submissions, and governance tasks ⭐ Oversee board meetings, regulatory filings, and fund lifecycle events ⭐ Manage and coach junior staff, ensuring team targets and quality standards are met ⭐ Support new client onboarding and cross-team collaboration What you’ll need: ⭐ 5+ years’ fund administration experience (real estate/private equity preferred) ⭐ A-levels or equivalent; studying toward CGI Diploma or similar (or qualified) ⭐ Confident technical knowledge and ability to manage complex structures ⭐ Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills ⭐ A proactive, solution-oriented mindset Why join? ⭐ Work with a forward-thinking and supportive leadership team ⭐ Exposure to high-quality clients and complex structures ⭐ Study support, structured progression, and career development
