Senior HR Manager

An exciting opportunity to join this pan-island technology company as a Senior HR Manager and make a real impact.
This role requires a commercially focussed HR professional with a generalist background. The role will provide a service across Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Falklands, St Helena and Ascension & Diego Garcia so experience in multiple jurisdictions would be well received. Responsibilities include managing and developing the HR team, aligning HR standards and policies across the group where appropriate, streamlining processes, overseeing the recruitment and employee lifecycle and being the main point of call for any HR escalations and issues. You will also provide HR advice and coaching to line managers, develop HR guidance and training, oversee and lead employee engagement initiatives and lead and embed DEI initiatives across the group. The successful candidate will also oversee the appraisal process, reward frameworks and salary review processes. The ideal candidate will be MCIPD qualified, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a generalist role, be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and have a strong working knowledge of employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
