Building Surveyor

An exciting opportunity for a full qualified Building Surveyor to deliver commercial surveying services across the Channel Islands.
The role involves delivering the full spectrum of commercial building surveying services, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, project management and contract administration, with a particular focus on office buildings. Working with both landlords and tenants, you will collaborate closely with local property management teams and the Building & Project Consultancy network teams. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have a vocational degree in Building Surveying, Construction or equivalent and have attained or be working towards the MRICS qualification. Previous experience working in the Channel Islands is also preferred as well as an ability to develop complex strategies and solutions.
