This is a broad leadership role covering strategic and operational HR across a commercial group.
What you’ll do:
⭐ Lead and develop the HR team across multiple locations
⭐ Advise on complex ER matters and employment law
⭐ Oversee recruitment, engagement, reward, and learning initiatives
⭐ Drive HR process improvement, compliance, and people risk management
⭐ Support wellbeing strategies
What you’ll need:
⭐ MCIPD-qualified with 5+ years’ generalist HR experience
⭐ Strong multi-jurisdictional employment law knowledge
⭐ Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change
⭐ Organised, confident and a great communicator
