Join a hands-on team delivering and supporting enterprise network and security services.
What you’ll do:
⭐ Act as 1st-line escalation for network/security incidents
⭐ Configure and support Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet and Ubiquiti tech
⭐ Deliver onsite and remote changes, maintenance, and installs
⭐ Handle customer requests and provide exceptional service
⭐ Support projects, datacentre operations and documentation
⭐ Out of hours callouts (rota based)
What you’ll need:
⭐ CCNA or equivalent (or working toward)
⭐ Experience with routing, switching and firewall environments
⭐ Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
⭐ Willingness to join on-call rota
⭐ Passion for learning and working in a fast-paced environment
