We are looking for a Senior Private Client Administrator that is responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trust and fiduciary structures, acting as a key point of contact for clients and advisors under manager supervision. The role includes preparing client reports, maintaining statutory and client records, managing CDD requirements, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The role involves investment performance review, regulatory reporting (including FATCA, CRS and economic substance), billing and fee collection, and mentoring junior administrators. The successful candidate will be organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently, with strong communication skills and experience in offshore trust administration, ideally supported by a STEP qualification.
