An insurance business is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Claims Handler to manage a diverse caseload and provide exceptional service to their clients.
What you’ll do:
⭐ Handle insurance claims in line with policy and regulatory standards
⭐ Deliver expert, empathetic advice and support to customers
⭐ Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
⭐ Manage your own portfolio across a variety of business lines
⭐ Contribute to team projects and support process improvements
What you’ll bring:

⭐ Experience in customer service or a busy admin role
⭐ Mathematics and English GCSEs (or equivalent)
