Exclusive to OSA! Support group-wide financial reporting and consolidation in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. This role is key to delivering accurate, timely financial data, maintaining compliance, and contributing valuable insight across the group.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS, UK GAAP, or local standards
⭐ Support the group consolidation process, including inter-company eliminations and FX translation
⭐ Analyse and prepare management reporting packs with variance commentary
⭐ Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure clear audit trails
⭐ Assist with annual audits: schedules, queries, and liaison with external auditors
⭐ Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections
What you’ll need:
⭐ ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or working towards qualification)
⭐ 3–5 years’ experience in financial accounting, group reporting, or audit
⭐ Strong knowledge of financial reporting and consolidation in multi-entity environments
⭐ Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/consolidation systems
⭐ Organised and deadline-driven
⭐ Business-partnering mindset with the ability to present financial insights clearly
