Exclusive to OSA! An exciting opportunity to lead the group consolidation and reporting function for a fast-growing, international organisation. This high-impact role reports to the Group CFO and will be instrumental in shaping the group’s financial reporting strategy, systems, and structure.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Own and deliver the group consolidation process (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
⭐ Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS/GAAP
⭐ Review submissions from subsidiaries and ensure consistent reporting
⭐ Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes
⭐ Lead and grow a newly formed consolidation team
⭐ Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
What you’ll need:
⭐ ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
⭐ Extensive audit, group consolidation and reporting experience
⭐ In-depth knowledge of IFRS and group accounting standards
⭐ Proven leadership skills and team management experience
⭐ Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
⭐ Systems implementation or ERP/consolidation tool experience is a plus
