An established technology services provider is seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join its Service Delivery team, supporting a diverse client base with high-quality outsourced IT solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent and effective delivery of technical support, resolving complex, time-sensitive, and high-priority issues in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
The successful candidate will bring advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, with strong hands-on experience in Office 365 administration, Azure, MFA, and Windows Server (including AD, Exchange, and SQL). Experience with ticketing systems, networking, Wi-Fi, and firewall management (SonicWall, Ubiquiti) is also desirable. The ideal candidate will be confident in scoping, planning, and executing migrations, while collaborating effectively with clients and third-party vendors to achieve seamless implementation and excellent service outcomes.
