A leading financial institution is seeking an HR Support Specialist to join its Guernsey team on a part time basis (18 hours per week)
This role is perfect for someone with a strong administrative background and a passion for people operations. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, payroll support, and benefits administration.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of HR experience, a solid understanding of HR processes and Guernsey employment law, and confidence when dealing with employees and managers at all levels.
