Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s all about what and why — not the technical how. This role sits at the heart of change and transformation within banking, shaping initiatives that deliver real business impact.
You will work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, map and improve processes, and support project delivery from conception to implementation. This role involves translating complex business needs into clear documentation, contributing to solution design, supporting testing and training, and ensuring full compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards. Candidates should have proven experience in business analysis within financial services, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a structured, detail-oriented approach. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and change control processes is essential.
