A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Data Scientist (fixed-term contract) to join a forward-thinking regulatory organisation at the heart of Guernsey’s financial services sector.
This role is key to solving complex data challenges across multiple CRM systems and supporting the delivery of a major upgrade programme. You’ll analyse and restructure data, apply advanced techniques such as machine learning and natural language processing, and create innovative tools to enhance risk-based supervision. Using Python, R, SQL and visualisation tools like Power BI or R Shiny, you’ll deliver insights that directly shape supervision, decision-making, and regulatory effectiveness.
