We are seeking a highly motivated Project Feasibility & Project Manager to join a growing team. This is a pivotal role in one of Guernsey’s most ambitious and transformative initiatives.

About the Role:
You’ll lead the development and delivery of comprehensive project feasibility studies, forming the foundation of a Key Infrastructure Delivery Programme. With a sharp focus on strategy, collaboration, and delivery, you will play a direct role in shaping Guernsey’s future.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re particularly interested in candidates with an engineering background, as this expertise will be vital in understanding technical requirements and guiding complex developments.
Key strengths include:
• Strong experience in feasibility and infrastructure project management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills — from civil servants and NGOs to industry groups and the general public
• Proven ability to coordinate large-scale, multidisciplinary initiatives
• Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capabilities.
Ideally this is a full-time role, but part time with a minimum of 3 days a week will be considered. WFH available.
