What you’ll do
⭐ Manage day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies, including bookkeeping and statutory tasks
⭐ Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and institutions to ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions
⭐ Support the investment process, including recording purchases/sales, preparing reports, and maintaining up-to-date client records
What you’ll bring
⭐ 3+ years’ experience in trust and company administration
⭐ Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
⭐ Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing business needs
⭐ Studying towards STEP or ICSA preferred; strong PC literacy and Microsoft Office skills essential
