We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Accounts Payable & Receivable Assistant** to join our busy finance team based in Marks and Spencer, King Street. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong organisational skills, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. **Job Purpose **Contribute to the effective running of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure supplier payments and customer receipts are appropriately managed and recorded. Key Responsibilities: - Processing supplier invoices and managing accounts payable - Issuing invoices and managing accounts receivable - Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies - Maintaining accurate financial records - Preparing payment runs
