As part of the Advisory practice, you’ll help deliver client-focused solutions that demonstrate clear value.Your responsibilities will include integrating Power Apps with various data sources, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and other third-party applications, and developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows to automate business processes. You will also create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights, ensuring the security and scalability of Power Platform solutions. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications will be part of your role, along with staying up to date with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.You

The role holder will be responsible for resolving technically challenging tickets which have been escalated from the team of Technician's who undertake level 1 support. The role is a combination of remote desktop support and regular onsite visits to undertake either scheduled or reactive work and you must therefore have your own form of transport.Candidates should have experience using ticketing systems and experience in Office 365 administration, Azure administration, administering MFA and Windows Server administration i.e active directory, exchange server, SQL Server. You may also have firewall experience, preferably in Sonicwall and Ubiquity Dream Machine and experience providing general wi-fi
