Oversee risk appetite, ICAAP, stress testing, operational resilience and regulatory engagement. Develop and lead a high-performing Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime team to deliver robust risk management and governance frameworks. Provide strategic guidance and independent challenge to senior management and the board on risk and compliance matters.
