Occupational Health Nurse Advisor

The Occupational Health Nurse Advisor is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to support the wellbeing of employees. They will provide expert advice and guidance on occupational health issues, conduct assessments and evaluations, and develop strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of the workforce. The post holder will also be responsible for conducting research and evaluation to inform the employer's wellbeing agenda and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Occupational Health service. They will work closely with stakeholders, including employees, managers, HR colleagues, and other OH professionals to achieve this goal.
