FTC Head of Portfolio Office

Establish and run a Portfolio Office to oversee 3 strategic initiatives, with a focus on governance, reporting, and day-to-day delivery. The role involves reviewing the effectiveness of the framework, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with Executive Sponsors to rework initiative plans. The successful candidate will build and maintain a consolidated portfolio view, prepare monthly portfolio packs, and ensure clear identification of status, milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
