Compliance Manager, Guernsey

Provide day-to-day direction to the Compliance team, act as a key point of reference on complex regulatory matters, and monitor regulatory developments to assess their impact. The role involves workload allocation, performance and development, preparation of compliance reporting, review of compliance risks and controls, and support for regulatory and AML-related projects.
