Assistant Boatman/Labourer

The role requires a trainee assistant to support a small team in maintaining the grounds and performing various tasks such as strimming, tractor driving, and basic building work. The position also involves crewing a staff boat and participating in boating duties, including driving power boats with Level 2 certification. The ideal candidate is a young, fit, and enthusiastic individual with a good salary package and Guernsey right to work/residency.
