Staff Nurse - Emergency Department - Band 5

The post holder will be expected to supervise and participate in the professional and skills development of registered and unregistered nursing staff. They will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care for patients, adhering to policies and guidelines, and acting as a clinical supervisor to develop skills of first and second line managers.
