Managing a varied caseload of complex wills drafting and estate planning matters, advising clients on lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, and managing estates. Supervising a team of five, including lawyers and legal assistants, and developing/maintaining client relationships to ensure high-quality service. Key objective is to drive department growth, aligning with firm's strategic objectives and KPIs, and contributing to the growth of one of Jersey's most established Wills & Probate practices.
