Head Bar Tender

The Head Bartender will oversee the creation and implementation of a curated drinks programme, including cocktails, classics, seasonal drinks, and product selection. They will be responsible for maintaining high bar standards, training staff, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in running or supervising a bar programme and a passion for delivering warm neighbourhood hospitality.
