Medical Records Officer

Ensure patient records are maintained to a high standard across both paper and electronic systems, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. The post holder will work 36 hours per week, providing cover for maternity leave, and be expected to maintain high professional standards and contribute to the effective delivery of healthcare services until May 31, 2027.
