Senior Planning Officer - Development Control

The Senior Planning Officer - Development Control will manage a wide range of development proposals and assist in supervising the development control team. The role involves mentoring Assistant and Trainee Officers and working closely with other Planning Officers. The post holder is accountable to the Director of Planning and reports directly to the Development Control Manager.
