Our client is seeking an Operations Assistant who will assist the operations team with the smooth and efficient running of both the back and front of house operations. Duties will include responding to client enquiries, assisting in the onboarding of new employees and the management of cleaning services, stationery supplies and catering services. We are ideally looking for an experienced candidate with the confidence to deputise for the Assistant Operations Manager, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A basic understanding of building systems and health and safety matters would be advantageous, however a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and strong work ethic is essential.
