Adaptability: Experience transitioning into hands-on handover dynamics, with the current post-holder offering a six-month overlap period. Industry Knowledge: A background in Captive Insurance is ideal but not essential, especially for those from large firms seeking a change of pace. What You’ll Do Prepare and manage quarterly management accounts and financial audits. Oversee and support the professional growth of another finance team member. Collaborate effectively within the team during a structured handover process. Handle general financial accounting functions with precision. Implement your expertise from either Captive Insurance or other relevant sectors. What You’ll Need ACCA qualification, an equivalent, or substantial experience as a qualified individual by practice. Robust understanding of financial reporting and accounting procedures. Effective leadership and mentoring skills to guide a small team.
