What You’ll Do Administer private equity and real estate client structures, ensuring all regulatory and fiduciary requirements are met. Liaise with external advisers (lawyers, accountants, tax advisors) and internal teams to resolve client matters. Prepare accurate minutes, file reports, and maintain detailed client records. Support invoicing, fee collection, and collaboration with the Accounts Team on portfolio queries. Participate in professional development initiatives and internal projects to enhance your career trajectory. What You’ll Need Background in regulated finance, fiduciary, or client-facing professional services. Organisation and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently. Prior experience handling private equity or real estate client structures (preferred). Knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory framework and fiduciary standards (preferred).
