Our client, an award-winning provider of private wealth, fund, and corporate administration services, is seeking an Administrator for their Private Capital team. This full-time position involves the completion of core workflows in accordance with established procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in the management of client structures. The successful candidate will adhere to key performance indicator standards while executing all tasks and will escalate issues early to prevent backlog or other complications. Responsibilities include comprehensive client and structure data management, gathering and progressing documentation for bank account openings, and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing in compliance with policies surrounding anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing. This role requires close collaboration with Client Management to deliver specific administrative tasks that meet client and business needs, as well as maintaining professional communication with third-party providers. Additionally, the Senior Administrator will ensure that documents are filed electronically and/or physically in accordance with house records management policies and will accurately record time for invoicing purposes. A strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is essential, especially in technical areas. Job Duties Complete core workflows in line with established procedures with a focus on accuracy. Adhere to key performance indicator standards and escalate risks proactively. Manage client and structure data with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. Gather and progress documentation for bank account openings on behalf of client structures. Process payments efficiently in compliance with policies, particularly regarding AML, sanctions, and CFT. Collaborate closely with Client Management to support essential administrative tasks. Maintain professional communication with third-party providers in executing client activities. Ensure documents are filed electronically and/or physically in accordance with the records management policy. Accurately record time and meeting utilisation to facilitate invoicing. Commit to ongoing learning and maintaining CPD requirements to enhance professional expertise. Job Requirements Ability to act decisively while knowing when to escalate matters for guidance. Positive collaboration with Private Capital colleagues and wider stakeholders. Ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory/legal requirements. Effectively contribute to group projects and initiatives as necessary. Maintain full awareness of company policies and procedures. Exhibit high quality interpersonal skills and effective communication (written/verbal). Strong understanding of KYC, AML, CFT, and GDPR requirements. Proficient in the use of NavOne and core MS Office applications. Studying towards STEP and ICSA qualifications is preferred. Relevant degree or A-levels in related subjects.
