Job Duties Conduct thorough investment analysis to identify opportunities for portfolio enhancement Manage and develop relationships with various stakeholders Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external use Oversee fund performance metrics and provide recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals Lead negotiations on investment terms with potential partners Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional growth Stay updated on market trends and industry developments impacting private equity Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred Extensive experience in private equity or related financial services Strong analytical and financial modelling skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
