This is a pivotal, people‑focused leadership role, offering the opportunity to build on strong foundations while helping shape the future workplace and can be based in either Guernsey or Jersey Responsibilities include: Acting as custodian of the workplace experience, ensuring offices are welcoming, professional, safe and aligned to how people work today and tomorrow Leading facilities and reception teams, setting clear direction, developing capability and embedding a strong service culture Overseeing facilities operations, supplier contracts, helpdesk services, space planning and office refurbishments across multiple locations Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, fire safety, environmental standards and business continuity requirements Our client is looking for a people‑centred leader who balances professionalism with warmth and approachability, is highly organised, resilient and comfortable operating in regulated environments.
