The Role- We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead The Pickled Pig. This is a new , key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, and a thriving team enviroment. Key Responsibilities- Lead, Motivate, and develop a high-preforming front of house team Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle feedback professionally Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Manage staffing levels and rotas Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain quality and consistency Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards Drive sales through innovative ideas, events , and promotions Maintain strong relationships with hotel management and other departments About you- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role Strong leadership and team-building skills Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy enviroment Flexible and hands-on approach, including evenings and weekends What We Offer- A highly competitive salary and preformance-based incentives.
