Bartender - Saltwater Restaurant We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team at Saltwater Restaurant. About Us Saltwater is a vibrant and busy restaurant known for its fresh, seasonal menus, great atmosphere, and excellent service. Our bar plays a key role in delivering a memorable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, wines, beers, and soft drinks Providing friendly and professional service at all times Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering when required Working closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service Handling payments and operating the till accurately What We're Looking For Previous bar experience is preferred Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits is an advantage A positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay + tips Staff meals on shift A supportive and friendly working environment Opportunities for training and development If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating a great guest experience, we'd love to hear from you.
