Executive Head Chef - Growth - Focused Hospitality Group An opportunity for an Executive Head Chef to join a young, driven team across multiple sites, collaborating with an ambitious and creative Director to shape and grow the group. We are looking for someone with 5+ years' hospitality experience in Guernsey, currently in a senior back of house or similar, ready to step into a broader position. Key Responsibilities Oversee kitchen operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency Lead, train, and develop kitchen teams, setting clear standards and expectations Drive menu development, innovation, and seasonal changes across the group Maintain strong cost control, stock management, and supplier relationships Implement and refine systems to improve workflow and productivity Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards Support the growth of production capabilities, including centralised preparation where applicable Experience & Skills Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role Strong understanding of multi-site or high-volume operations Experience across multiple kitchen sections is essential - Background in bakery and pastry is highly advantageous Experience in production and manufacturing of food is a strong benefit Confident in managing teams, delegating, and maintaining standards under pressure Leadership & Attributes Strong communication skills—clear, direct, and professional Leads by example with a hands-on approach High standards, attention to detail, and pride in delivery Ambitious and motivated to grow within a developing business Positive, solutions-focused mindset Ability to build structure while maintaining creativity What We Are Looking For ⁠Previous experience in hospitality minium 5 years ⁠Strong organisational and multitasking ability Strong Skills in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel) required Knowlegde of GPS in hospilaity sector Confident communicator with the ability to manage people and situations Commercial awareness and practical problem solving mindset Ability to work independently and take ownership Calm under pressure and comfortable in fast paced environments ⁠Driving License is an advantage ⁠Fluent English essential, 2nd Language is an advantage If you are looking for a standard 9 - 5 administrative role, this position is not suitable.
