Excavation Team Lead

You'll lead the team that digs, delivers and reinstates the ground for Guernsey's underground electricity cables. We need a hands-on leader with a minimum of five years' relevant experience to manage our sites. You'll make sure the job gets done safely, on time, and right, whether coordinating logistics indoors or working outside in the elements. You 'll plan ahead, solve problems quickly, and make sure the crew has what they need. Supervising all site operations, this role needs resilience, fairness, and a sharp focus on safety and efficiency to support developing the infrastructure that powers the island.
