Head of Sales Responsibilities. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all Isle of Man business accounts, including government, corporate, and SME clients. Build strong, long-term partnerships by understanding client objectives and challenges. Deliver tailored renewable energy solutions that align with customer requirements and compliance standards. Sales Strategy & Growth: Achieve individual and team B2B sales targets within the Isle of Man market. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools. Account Planning & Execution: Develop strategic account plans for key Isle of Man business customers, outlining growth and retention strategies. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Pricing teams to deliver competitive solutions tailored to local market needs. Monitor account performance and adjust strategies based on market trends and client feedback. Customer Experience & Retention: Champion initiatives that enhance the B2B customer journey and improve overall experience. Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with company standards. Gather insights to inform product development and service improvements. Reporting & Compliance: Track and report on account performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics. Ensure adherence to regulatory, financial, and ethical standards in all interactions. Minimum Requirements Proven experience in B2B account management or sales within energy, utilities, or related sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with business clients. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of Isle of Man market dynamics and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
