Senior Administrator, Custodian Trustee

Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their established team. This role will concentrate on oversight, monitoring, and governance functions, while also presenting opportunities for administration tasks. The focus will be on the review and reconciliation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and other periodic valuations for Guernsey regulated funds serviced by Custodian Trustee. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a range of administrative functions critical to the governance of these funds. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure compliance and effective management of regulatory activities. Job Duties Maintenance of the breach register and monitoring the status of CT checks covering the annual account reporting period Annual account and Scheme Particular reviews Open and closed reporting GFSC notifications Monitoring the regulatory activities of each Fund Assisting in the investigation and review of actual and potential breaches and pricing errors Assisting with the preparation and conduct of the Section’s Regulatory on-site visits Providing support to other team members, ensuring the department operates efficiently Supporting senior colleagues with completing the audit processes Job Requirements Some experience within the Guernsey Funds sector, particularly with open-ended CIS and the Guernsey regulatory environment Experience with banking systems Good clear communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Effective personal organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills A keen willingness to progress and develop, taking on challenges and responsibilities that reflect awareness of regulatory requirements Willingness to learn through attending relevant courses, both internal and external System knowledge/experience: Microsoft applications - Excel and Word, IDS, Bloomberg
