Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative, organisational, and executive support to partners, fee-earners, and senior leaders within the Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of operations within a fast-paced legal environment. The successful candidate will excel in attention to detail, communication skills, and proactive management of competing deadlines. This position requires someone who can handle diverse tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting and contribute to the overall success of the team. This is a full-time role, and the contract length will be discussed further during the interview process. Job Duties Typing and formatting legal documents (audio and copy typing) Handling client telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing lawyers' diaries Opening new matters, sending letters of engagement, and assisting with client due diligence Drafting and sending client invoices Printing board packs and preparing documents for court or client meetings Printing and presenting client board packs Preparing schedules of work in progress as required Scanning, copying, filing, and archiving legal documents Welcoming clients for meetings and providing refreshments Undertaking additional duties as required Job Requirements Proven experience in a legal assistant, legal PA, or executive assistant role within a professional services environment Strong understanding of legal processes, document formatting, and confidentiality requirements Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach Experience supporting both corporate transactions and dispute resolution matters is desirable Familiarity with regulatory filing systems and court procedures Ability to exercise absolute discretion and sound judgement
